Foundations is a 12-week coaching program for adults 60+ focused on rebuilding strength, balance, mobility, posture, and confidence in daily movement.

You’ll follow a clear weekly structure, guided by a coach who understands how aging bodies change — and how to train them safely.

There’s no rushing.

 

No pressure to keep up.

 

No expectation to be “fit” before you start.

How the Program works

Each week includes:

  • 2 guided strength & balance sessions (15–25 minutes)

  • Optional mobility routines to reduce stiffness

  • Built-in modifications using a chair or wall

  • Direct access to your coach for questions or reassurance

  • A gentle progression plan that builds gradually

 

You always know what to do — and what not to do.

How the 12 Weeks Are Structured

PHASE 1 (Weeks 1–4): Build Your Base

  • Learn safe movement patterns

  • Improve breathing and posture

  • Reduce stiffness and warm up the joints

PHASE 2 (Weeks 5–8):

Build Strength & Confidence

  • Low-impact strength circuits

  • Improved balance and coordination

  • Midline/core strengthening

  • Small but noticeable improvements in daily tasks

PHASE 3 (Weeks 9–12):

Move Better in Real Life

  • Functional strength

  • Real-life movement skills

  • Better stability on stairs, uneven ground, and everyday tasks

  • Feeling more capable, confident, and independent
