Foundations
Safe, Structured Fitness for Adults 60+
A calm, supportive path to better strength, balance, and confidence — without pressure, pain, or confusion.
If you’re over 60 and want to feel steadier, stronger, and more comfortable in your body — but you don’t want intense workouts or guesswork — Foundations was built for you.
This is not a fitness challenge.
It’s a coaching relationship.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place:
-
You want to move better, but you’re cautious about injury
-
You’ve tried workouts before that felt too fast or too hard
-
You don’t want to “push through pain” anymore
-
You want guidance you can trust — not motivation or hype
-
You want a plan that makes sense for a 60+ body
Foundations meets you where you are — and helps you move forward safely, one week at a time.
What Foundations is
Foundations is a 12-week coaching program for adults 60+ focused on rebuilding strength, balance, mobility, posture, and confidence in daily movement.
You’ll follow a clear weekly structure, guided by a coach who understands how aging bodies change — and how to train them safely.
There’s no rushing.
No pressure to keep up.
No expectation to be “fit” before you start.

How the Program works
Each week includes:
-
2 guided strength & balance sessions (15–25 minutes)
-
Optional mobility routines to reduce stiffness
-
Built-in modifications using a chair or wall
-
Direct access to your coach for questions or reassurance
-
A gentle progression plan that builds gradually
You always know what to do — and what not to do.
Who this is best for
Foundations is ideal if you want to:
-
Move with less stiffness and hesitation
-
Improve balance and stability

Strengthen legs, hips, core, and back safely
-
Feel more confident in everyday movement
-
