Hi, I’m David Kull, a NASM-certified personal trainer and founder of Defying Age Fitness.

​At 60, I understand the challenges of maintaining strength, mobility, and energy as we age -- because I live them, too. And I know how intimidating the fitness world can feel when it seems built for people half our age.

 

That’s why I started Defying Age Fitness: to create a safe, supportive space where adults 60+ can rediscover the freedom to move with confidence, through personalized, safe, and effective training, without feeling judged, rushed, or overwhelmed.

 

Whether you’re looking to regain balance, build endurance, or simply feel more capable day-to-day, this is where your stronger chapter begins.

Why I Built This Program
