Challenge

Welcome to
the 5-Day
Kickstart
Challenge!

You’re about to begin a simple, safe, age-smart program designed to help adults 60+ build strength, mobility, and confidence — one day at a time.

Each session is short, supported, and meant to be done at your own pace.

No equipment is needed beyond either a chair or a wall.

(If you’ve already signed up, you’ll receive your Day 1 link by email when the challenge begins.)

"I’m Coach David — a 60-year-old NASM-certified trainer helping adults 60+ build strength, mobility, and confidence safely."

You’re in the right place.

This challenge is for adults 60+ who want to:

  • Feel steadier in daily life

  • Move with less stiffness and hesitation

  • Rebuild confidence without pressure or intensity

There’s nothing to “keep up with” here.

You move at the pace that feels supportive for your body.

What You’ll Get:

  • Daily 5–7 minute video

  • Gentle, joint-friendly movements

  • Simple strength, balance, and mobility work

  • Clear guidance from a trainer who understands 60+ bodies

  • A calm, structured plan — no pressure, no overwhelm

The challenge is completely free.

You’ll follow along with one guided session each day. A chair is always encouraged.

Build Momentum

Small, consistent sessions help rebuild strength, posture, and confidence over time.

Before You Start

What You'll Need:
  • A stable chair
  • Comfortable shoes
  • A small, uncluttered space
  • Water
That's it.

A Gentle Reminder

Go slowly.

Listen to your body.

Your job is not to push through pain or force progress.

Your job is simply to show up and move in a way that feels supportive.

If anything feels uncomfortable, you can pause, modify, or skip it.

This challenge is about consistency — not perfection.

Looking Ahead

If you find that this style of guidance feels helpful, I also offer a longer-term coaching program called Foundations, designed for adults 60+ who want continued structure and support.

There’s no obligation — just an option if you decide you’d like more guidance later.
